Operation Smile is a global medical aid organisation working to give children born with cleft lip and palate the chance of a new life. Founded in 1982, the organisation has grown into an international force active in more than 60 countries.
Operation Smile Sweden began in 2010 and has since built a strong fundraising operation, with private donors as their largest contributor base. To succeed in their mission, Operation Smile must reach people in a way that moves them – while managing large volumes of mailings with precision and cost effectiveness.
