At Multiply, we are committed to acting in accordance with our guidelines, principles, and applicable laws. Through our whistleblowing function, you can report suspected misconduct or irregularities within the organisation.

When can whistleblowing be used?

The whistleblowing function may be used to report serious risks of misconduct that could affect individuals, our organisation, society, or the environment. The Whistleblowing Act provides protection when reporting, in a work-related context, information about misconduct that is of public interest to disclose.

A whistleblower does not need to have evidence to support their suspicion. However, reports must not be made with malicious intent or based on knowingly false information. Misuse of the whistleblowing service constitutes a serious disciplinary offence.

How can a report be made?

There are several ways to report a concern:

  • Arrow Right

Contact our whistleblowing team: Sari Carlsson, HR Manager, or Fredrik Avenhammar, Quality and Environmental Manager.

  • Arrow Right

Submit a report via our whistleblowing channel. You may choose to provide your contact details or remain anonymous.

  • Arrow Right

Report externally to the relevant authorities. Different authorities are responsible for different areas and provide their own reporting channels for such matters.

All reports are handled confidentially. Multiply's whistleblowing team manages the whistleblowing channel, and all communications are encrypted.

I want to blow the whistle!
